Responsibilities

  • Deliver and ensure the business requirements are captured well and documented well in form of BRD or FSD and are updated in JIRA.
  • Should be able to engage with product owner and user community to analyze the requirement , slice it , agree on the acceptance criteria with the PO and users
  • Provide good requirement elicitation to the development team
  • Prepare the test cases and execute along with the requirement implementation , demonstrate or prototype the features to Product Owner
  • Be at the forefront in case of any production issues. own ,assign ,follow and resolve\close any production issue
  • Should be taking proactive steps to identify any potential or severe defects well before production and should be able to eliminate the same ,prevent defect leakage.
  • Understand agile practices thoroughly , scrum , user stories , slicing , story point estimation , sprint planning etc
  • Should have strong understanding of the payment domain: Knowledge on CASA , AMS ,payment messages (SWIFT ,ISO20022 , Pain formats , MTXXX. SFMS , NEFT, RTGS etc). Good knowledge on different clearing systems, CHAPS, etc
  • temenos skills on the Arrangement Architecture(AA) and TPH is preferred

Required

Profile required

  • 8-12 years of good Business analyst experience in Payments domain with good understanding on payment products like CASA , Accounting, Payment messages and formats etc
