Location: Offshore Job Type: Fulltime Years of Experience: 8 to 10 Years Role: Duck Creek Policy / Calim BA Lead Education: MBA / B.Tech/B.E. in any Specialization or Equivalent Role Responsibilities: • Collaborate with IT teams to implement business requirements through project initiatives. • Liaise between business stakeholders and IT employees and vendor partners to deliver business commitments. • Conduct business stakeholder meetings and requirement gathering sessions. • Construct workflow diagrams and write detailed specifications. • Take leadership on initiatives and collaborate with the project manager to drive projects forward. • Ability to lead people and create a sense of team in order to deliver business. Technical Expertise: • Experience in creating BA artifacts like workflow/process flow diagrams, use cases, specification documents and form reports. • Experience in Duck creek policy admin system portfolio implementation required. • Understanding of Agile delivery methodology and Scrum are desirable. • Partner with platform stakeholders to understand the system requirements and help with the functional solution. • Manage business expectations through prioritization, requirements, user acceptance testing and transparent communication. • Work with Client, development, and testing teams to provide clarifications on requirements or issues during implementation.
