Job Title: Lead Business Analyst
Location: Chennai, India
Work Mode: Mon-Fri (Onsite)
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to drive business solutions in a collaborative environment.
What will you do?
- Analyze and document business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements.
- Develop and present business cases, project plans, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment of business requirements with technical solutions by working closely with IT teams.
- Conduct data analysis and generate insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
