THE OPPORTUNTY:

As a Lead Business Analyst:in Data transformation hub,: you will take ownership of business analysis activities of medium to high complexity, working closely with stakeholders who will rely on your expertise and judgment. You will lead the requirements gathering, analysis and documentation of data transformation projects, while also delegating less complex tasks to junior colleagues and supporting their development. You will keep documentation for your assigned projects accurate and up to date, ensuring it reflects reality and supports smooth delivery. In your day-to-day work, you will partner closely with Data transformation hub team, development teams, product/platform owners, QA and other key stakeholders to validate user stories, review QA results and drive high-quality outcomes for our digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently on business analysis tasks of high complexity, delivering outputs according to company standards related to data transformation.
• Gather, analyse and document specifications and business requirements (discussions, workshops, interviews, refinement meetings).
• Oversee end-to-end development and delivery for data transformation projects ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal project teams, Business, technical teams and external vendors, to facilitate smooth transition to Service Delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for service-related inquiries.
• Monitor the progress of Service Delivery activities, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery, while also being willing to engage with complex applications.
• Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders and project manager to evaluate satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work on multiple tasks simultaneously, strengthening analytical, task management, and communication skills.
• Keep track of unplanned internal and external tasks arising from any developments to existing or new products.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with GxP and Non-GxP standards
• Propose feasible functional solutions to meet business needs
• Collaborate with development team for requirements feasibility and ambiguity resolution
• Decompose business needs into clear specifications and smaller blocks such as user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain, update and manage documentation and analytical outputs (software specifications, data flow diagrams, components) for assigned applications/parts of software.
• Perform gap analysis of databases and document business logic differences.
• Prepare and present analysis results and reports to the Project Manager / direct manager and other stakeholders.
• Provide continuous updates during project delivery; communicate changes, risks, issues and ambiguities in a timely manner.
• Mentor and support junior members of chapter when necessary.
  
  

Must-have requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• 4+ years of experience in a Lean/Agile development environment
• Strong project management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
• Strong end-to-end BA skills gathering, analysing and documenting business and system requirements
• Experience in working in AI related projects and AI process improvements.
• Hands on experience on AI tools.
• Proficient in Databricks and Informatica and analysing data in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
• Knowledge on FIGMA, BPMN, UML including modelling tools
• Experience working with multiple systems and documenting data flows / system interactions.
• Highly organized; able to break down complex problems and set priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
  
  

• Certification in business analysis area (CBAP, BCS, other)
• Life Science/Healthcare/pharmaceutical industry background preferred.
• Familiarity / understanding of SQL, Power BI, Jira, AWS, FTP/sFTP
