Job Title               : User account Admin

Work Location     : Noida

Experience           : 3-6Yrs.

Job Mode            : Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Creation, modification, and termination of user accounts and business application accounts

• Maintenance of User Account Services documentation and posting to the UAS web page and various databases

• Fulfillment of Service Requests submitted through the IT Service Desk

• Producing evidentiary documentation for Auditors

• Support or coordination of other departmental objectives and projects as necessary

• Other duties may be assigned

• Knowledge and experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Active Directory, LDAP, Exchange, and SAP

• Possesses the ability and intent to align all business decisions with the company’s Core Values

• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

• Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management

• Excellent troubleshooting skills are required

• Excellent business and technical writing skills

• Expertise with MS Excel and SQL are desirable

• Automation development skills are desirable

• Project management skills are an asset
