Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst, Channels to join our GTM Operations team. Reporting to the Manger, GTM Operations, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading strategic channel GTM analytics and initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement across partner ecosystems and sales execution
• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust reporting and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce) to track key channel performance indicators
• Optimizing end-to-end channel business processes by mapping, analyzing, and implementing streamlined solutions
• Gathering detailed business requirements from channel stakeholders and translating complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
• Driving cross-functional projects focused on improving channel operations and GTM execution, including leading executive reporting and business planning initiatives
  
  
  

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

• 3+ years in Business Analysis, Sales/Channel Operations, or GTM Strategy, with deep indirect sales and partner ecosystem understanding
• Advanced proficiency in Gsheet/Excel, SQL, and Salesforce; advantage with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to complex data, translating insights into actionable solutions
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication, articulating complex concepts and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Show proven experience in business process mapping, re-engineering, and optimization, plus strong project management in dynamic environments
  
  
  

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience within the SaaS or cybersecurity industry sectors
• Demonstrate practical experience applying advanced analytics, predictive modeling, or machine learning applications in GTM context
