Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant –Business Analyst
In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
o Experience with integration business requirements and testing.
o Strong experience in process mapping/business process re-engineering, target state assessments, solution design
o Deep knowledge/expertise in Middle Office operations (Blackrock Aladdin reconciliation, Aladdin IBOR, Fixed Income post-trade flow analysis, etc.)
o Experience with derivatives and multi-asset investment portfolios and fund structures.
o Knowledge of recordkeeping, accounting, custody, and transfer agency functions.
o Understanding of financial regulations (MiFID, MAS, ASIC, etc.) and broad knowledge of regulatory reporting.
o Ability to translate regulatory requirements into data logic and mapping.
o Process design and testing on Firm security and issuer master data structure.

Minimum Qualifications
- BE/B Tech/MCA/MBA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of Investment Management/financial services domain knowledge
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Strong Specialty Insurance domain & IT knowledge
- Requirement Elicitation & translate into technical IT solutions.
- Skilled in data design, SQL, and data mapping and data visualization.
- Experience with large-scale system migrations and integrations.
- Familiarity with Aladdin IBOR, Calypso, and other investment systems.
- Experience with SWIFT architecture design across entities.
