How You'll Make an Impact:
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of AOPS team, you will play a key role as a Lead Data Analyst in designing and delivering AI-based analytical solutions to support and elevate analytics within Epsilon's Digital Media Solutions.

The primary responsibilities of the Data Intelligence team within AOPS involve design and development of new AI-based automated analytics solutions, tools, and applications, which expands the capabilities of Epsilon's analytics application platforms and significantly improve the productivity of our analytics teams by streamlining cost, reducing time and effort, and boost client satisfaction. You'll collaborate closely with Analytics and Engineering teams, fostering cross-functional partnerships to drive impactful results.

Responsibilities
What You'll Achieve:

• Lead the creation of end-to-end AI solutions, from data extraction to processing to model training to deployment and monitoring.
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability across various deployment environments.
• Expand your understanding of the digital marketing retail media landscape and discover how our analytics solutions maximize value for Epsilon's clients.
• Unlock significant growth opportunities within Data Intelligence and across AOPs, with pathways for leadership and people management.
• Collaborate closely with Analytics teams to design and develop cutting-edge analytics solutions, define technical requirements, and oversee the development lifecycle.

Qualifications
What You are:

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 8-11 years of professional experience in developing AI-based tools and applications, data processing, report automation, and dashboard platforms.
• Hands-on experience in developing solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Ability to perform thorough data driven comparative analysis and demonstrate differences between multiple solution approaches.
• Proficiency in distributed data platforms (such as Greenplum and Hadoop) and data intelligence tools (Databricks, Tableau), along with development skills in Python and SQL.
• Ability to create visually compelling, interactive dashboards.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and effectively discuss and capture requirements.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering end to end solutions working with a team of ambitious data scientists.
• Experience in software development within Agile frameworks including related project tracking tool like Git, JIRA, Confluence.
• Experience in validating AI solutions.
