*Job Description:*

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Lead Data Analyst to join our growing data team. As a Lead Data Analyst, you will be responsible for driving deep data insights, performing advanced statistical analysis, and leading data-driven decision-making processes across departments. You’ll use your expertise in Python, SQL, and statistical techniques to uncover patterns and create scalable analytics solutions. Experience in Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Lead end-to-end data analysis projects, from understanding business requirements to delivering actionable insights.

- Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from large-scale databases.

- Develop and automate analytical models and tools using Python for forecasting, regression, clustering, and other statistical analyses.

- Interpret data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to business stakeholders.

- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate KPIs and performance metrics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to support data needs and strategic initiatives.

- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with company data governance policies.

- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to data culture within the organization.

*Required Skills:*

- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling.

- Excellent command of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data interpretation.

- Proven ability to solve complex business problems using data-driven methods.

* Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Familiarity with data warehousing and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Redshift).

- Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, XGBoost) is a plus.

*Qualifications*

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with minimal supervision.
