Requirement Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in data analysis and business analysis, including 4+ years in the healthcare domain.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with healthcare data, business stakeholders, and analytics teams to deliver data-driven insights and reporting solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing healthcare datasets, and supporting BI and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from healthcare stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and data specifications
• Work with data engineers and BI developers to build reporting and analytics solutions
• Analyze healthcare datasets such as claims, clinical, and patient data
• Create and maintain data documentation, business rules, and data mappings
• Support development of dashboards and reports
• Ensure data accuracy, data quality, and compliance with healthcare standards
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project planning
• Provide insights and recommendations using data analysis
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Data Analysis
• 4+ years of experience in Healthcare domain
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis
• Experience working with BI and reporting tools
• Good understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
• Experience working with healthcare data such as claims, EHR, and patient data
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
