At Eightfold, we’re transforming how the world hires and grows talent through AI. We’re looking for a Lead Data Scientist to build scalable ML models, drive fairness in AI, and solve complex, real-world problems using diverse datasets.

What You’ll Do

• Build and deploy machine learning models that deliver business impact.
• Develop frameworks to monitor and ensure fairness in our AI systems.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover insights and power product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate models into production.
• Push the boundaries of applied ML and Responsible AI.
  
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years in Data Science roles (Senior/Lead level preferred).
• Strong foundation in ML, deep learning, and statistical inference.
• Experience with Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Proven work with ML interpretability and fair AI practices.
• Strong communication and a bias for ownership and impact.
