What You Will Be Doing

• Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing systematic analysis to identify issues, highlight irregularities, and initiate corrective action within 48 hours
• Leading urgent "rescue" sessions and facilitating post-assessment coaching conversations to eliminate blockers, distinguish comprehension gaps from execution errors, and sustain student engagement
• Assessing and deploying new educational applications and curriculum while creating AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address targeted challenges
• Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor continues to develop
  
  

• Attending prolonged meetings or delivering standard presentation decks without clear visibility to tangible results
• Scoring assignments, crafting lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
• Remaining in abstract strategic planning without execution or becoming confined to repetitive tasks—this position is applied and fast-paced

Basic Requirements

• Proven experience in data science or comparable role, education, EdTech, or a student-facing capacity combining analytical and interpersonal dimensions
• Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
• Strong emotional intelligence, effective communication abilities and a student-appropriate coaching approach
• Track record building workflows and automations using AI
  
  

• Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or verified achievements enhancing outcomes through data-informed approaches
• Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methodologies, and introductory coding proficiency (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
