What You Will Be Doing

• Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing structured analysis to identify issues, detect anomalies, and initiate resolutions within 48 hours
• Facilitating urgent-response "rescue" sessions and delivering post-assessment coaching to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and maintain student motivation
• Assessing and deploying new educational applications and materials while creating AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address particular challenges
• Coordinating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances
  
  

• Attending lengthy meetings or delivering generic presentation decks without visibility into actual results
• Grading papers, writing lesson plans, or managing traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our operations
• Working in high-level strategy divorced from execution or becoming trapped in repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and dynamic

Basic Requirements

• Proven capability working in data science or comparable role, education, EdTech, or a student-support position with both analytical and interpersonal dimensions
• Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
• High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a kid-friendly coaching style
• Experience building workflows and automations with AI
  
  

• Background in learning science, educational principles, or demonstrated success improving outcomes through data-driven strategies
• Experience with Generative AI, prompting techniques, and basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
