Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data science initiatives focused on predictive analytics and supply chain modeling.
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and deep learning models.
• Build and optimize data models and algorithms to improve forecasting and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Apply ML frameworks, statistical methods, and large-scale data processing techniques to complex datasets.
• Manage multiple data science projects while ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
• Communicate insights, model outcomes, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI, GenAI, LLMs, and MLOps to continuously evolve data science practices.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Data Science, Data Modeling, and Advanced Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, GenAI, and LLMs.
• Proficiency in ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, Spark ML, and H2O.
• Experience with MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Strong programming skills in R and familiarity with large-scale data processing.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Research, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
