Lead DevOps Engineer - ELK Stack

Overview

• At Oriserve, customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do.
• We are now looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us build functional systems that improve customer experience.
• You will be responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet our customers' needs.
• If you have a solid background in software engineering and are familiar with Shell scripting, Linux administration & working on cloud environments then wed love to speak with you.
  
  

• Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure on cloud.
• Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers.
• Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
• Testing and examining code written by others and analyzing results.
• Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.
• Monitoring and resolving critical system/host-level alarms/alerts.
• Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes.
• Working with software developers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.
  
  

• Deploy updates and fixes.
• Provide Level 1 technical support 24x7 availability.
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience.
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Develop scripts to automate visualization.
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
  
  

• B.tech/BCA in any specialization.
• 4+ years of working experience on AWS, Linux, Jenkins, shell scripting etc.
• Good to have knowledge of mongoDB, mysql, Azure, GCP, ELK, nodeJS.
• Any configuration management tool, or monitoring tool.
• Add onPrometheus & Grafana, Ansible, etc.
• Should be able to take ownership of tasks, and must be responsible.
• Problem-solving attitude with a collaborative team spirit.
