We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer to lead our engineering efforts in building robust, scalable, and secure platforms in the domain of Analytics and Application Security.

Responsibilities

This role is 80% technical and 20% leadership/stakeholder management, ideal for someone who thrives in architecting solutions while leading a large engineering team and driving business Responsibilities (80%) :

• 14+ years of technical experience with a strong focus on DevOps and Cloud Engineering.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable applications from small-scale to enterprise-scale.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and quality of all applications.
• Develop backend services using Python (Flask), and ensure smooth integration with frontend and mobile platforms.
• Implement and maintain containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes) in cloud environments (AWS).
• Work with NoSQL databases like MongoDB for managing large datasets.
• Ensure security, scalability, and best practices in software development.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to bring designs to life.
• Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and monitoring.
• Contribute to the design documentation and maintain architecture diagrams.
• Integrate with cloud messaging APIs and push notification services.
• Enable data-driven development by working closely with data scientists and & Team Management (20%) :
• Lead and mentor a team of 1525 engineers across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goals.
• Drive technical project management and ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and departments.
• Represent the engineering team in product planning and strategy Candidate Profile :
• Proven experience managing medium to large-sized engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to design systems architecture for high-scale applications.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
