Job Purpose

• Seeking experienced Lead/Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer with deep Microsoft Azure expertise to design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure cloud solutions through infrastructure automation and DevSecOps practices while enabling continuous delivery and platform reliability.

Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to establish/enhance CI/CD pipelines including source code management, build processes, and deployment automation.
• Publish and disseminate CI/CD best practices, patterns, and solutions.
• Design, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.
• Implement/manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform/Bicep/CloudFormation.
• Monitor and optimize cloud-based systems for performance, availability, and scalability.
• Implement/maintain containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve reliability.
• Establish/enforce security best practices and compliance standards.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring.
• Ensure service uptime and response time SLAs/OLAs are met.
• Build/maintain CI/CD building blocks and shared libraries for development teams.
• Participate in bridge calls with team members/vendors to address problems.
• Troubleshoot and fix problems in DevSecOps domain.
• Update incident tracking tools and document discoveries.
• Align with SDLC processes and ITIL principles.
• Create/publish engineering platforms and solutions.

Job Specification / Skills and Competencies

• Expertise in Azure (mandatory) and AWS/GCP.
• 8+ years relevant job experience.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools (Terraform/Bicep/CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of DevOps Automation (Terraform, GitHub, GitHub Actions).
• Good knowledge of monitoring tools (CloudWatch, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios).
• Experience working with Operations in Agile/SDLC environments.
• Comprehensive DevSecOps toolkit expertise (Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory, etc.).
• Familiarity with information security frameworks/standards.
• Knowledge of API Security, Container Security, Azure Cloud Security.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills.
