Role description
Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile Software Developer with strong experience in .NET, Python, and PowerShell scripting to design, develop, automate, and maintain enterprise applications and systems. The ideal candidate should be proficient in backend development, scripting, and automation, with a passion for building scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET (C, ASP.NET Core).
- Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Develop automation scripts and tooling using PowerShell.
- Leverage Python for data processing, automation, integration, and scripting tasks.
- Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and cloud platforms.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Implement performance improvements and optimize application efficiency.
- Maintain proper documentation for code, systems, and processes.
- Follow best practices in CI/CD, version control, and code reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 6+.
- Proficiency in C and ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Python scripting and development.
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
- Knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
