We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer – Java with Anthropic Claude to drive enterprise-wide agentic transformation initiatives. In this role, you will align strategy, lead process reimagination, and ensure measurable business impact. The main focus will be around process discovery, ideation, and process re-engineering with an emphasis on agentic adoption, aimed at driving productivity success metrics.
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise-wide agentic transformation initiatives across departments
- Lead strategic alignment and readiness assessments across the organization
- Define KPIs and business objectives for agentic workflows
- Oversee process redesign using design thinking and agentic capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive agentic workflow adoption
- Lead change management and adoption campaigns
- Quantify and scale value realization across the enterprise
- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and solve complex problems
- Contribute hands-on to the design and development of microservices and REST APIs
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in software engineering
- 8+ years in transformation leadership or enterprise consulting
- Proficiency in Java and understanding of AI frameworks
- Hands-on expertise in Microservices and REST API
- Background in AI Frameworks, LLMs and intelligent automation
- Skills in problem-solving and team leading
- Competency in change management and stakeholder influence
- Strong executive presence
Nice to have
- Familiarity with full-stack development using Angular or React
- Understanding of front-end perspective alongside back-end engineering
