Lead I - Product Management (Business Analyst)

Job Title: Business Analyst
Exp-4 to 7 Years
Location-Pune

Job Overview:
This position will guide the work of the product development team to maximize value in alignment with product strategy and company goals. The Business Analyst works directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively translates those needs into actionable work items with the development team. The Business Analyst will clarify acceptance criteria for the development team as needed and make decisions regarding work in process.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Manage software development projects using the Agile framework.
• Be embedded in software development teams to communicate vision, clarify requirements, and make decisions on behalf of the business and users.
• Define acceptance criteria and accept stories into the baseline.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Distribute information to stakeholders while managing expectations and the scope of the project(s).
• Act as the subject matter expert for the product.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to define and document clear acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
