Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RPA Business Analysis or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Financial Management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of RPA and automation tools used in the industry
• Experience working with Agile, Lean Product Development, and Waterfall methodologies
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  
  

• Experience in establishing processes, frameworks, and practice assets for large teams
• Exposure to enterprise-level RPA or automation programs
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
