We are looking for a skilled and driven ML/GenAI Engineer with a solid background in software engineering or DevOps, and 3–4 years of experience in delivering production-ready Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLM), and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI/ML tools, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems integration.

We are looking for a skilled and driven ML/GenAI Engineer with a solid background in software engineering or DevOps, and 3–4 years of experience in delivering production-ready Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLM), and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI/ML tools, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems integration.
Experience
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years in software engineering or DevOps, including 3–4 years building and deploying production ML/LLM/GenAI solutions
- Proficient in Python
- Experience with at least one modern language: TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, or Java
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, including:
- LangChain
- Semantic Kernel
- LangGraph
- CrewAI
- AutoGen
- Working knowledge of vector stores such as:
- Azure Cognitive Search
- Pinecone
- Weaviate
- pgvector
- Strong experience with Azure (preferred), or AWS/GCP
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using:
- Terraform
- Bicep
- ARM templates
- Expertise in Kubernetes for orchestration and deployment
- Proven experience integrating with:
- Enterprise data warehouses
- Message buses
- Identity providers using OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
- Discipline in documentation and following engineering best practices
- Experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
- Familiarity with model monitoring and AI observability tools
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML/GenAI projects
- Work on state-of-the-art GenAI solutions in production
- Collaborate with a high-performing, cross-functional team
- Contribute to impactful, scalable, and innovative AI initiative
