Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced MS CRM Automation Tester with hands-on experience in test automation and a working knowledge of Power BI dashboards. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality of Dynamics 365 CRM implementations by designing and executing robust test suites, while also supporting data validation and reporting using Power BI.

Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced MS CRM Automation Tester with hands-on experience in test automation and a working knowledge of Power BI dashboards. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality of Dynamics 365 CRM implementations by designing and executing robust test suites, while also supporting data validation and reporting using Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing for CRM modules.
- Validate end-to-end business workflows, including custom plugins, workflows, and integrations.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to identify test scenarios and automation opportunities.
- Support data validation in Power BI dashboards to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Write and maintain test cases, test plans, and defect reports.
- Execute API testing for CRM interfaces and backend validations.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
- Provide testing status reports and defect metrics to stakeholders.
- 4–7 years of total experience in QA with at least 2+ years in MS Dynamics 365 CRM automation testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with automation tools like EasyRepro, Selenium, or Playwright.
- Solid understanding of CRM workflows, business rules, and entities.
- Experience with Power BI – ability to validate data, interpret dashboards, and support reporting QA.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Postman, and JSON-based validations.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and test management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps.
- Experience in writing SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
- Exposure to Power Platform components (Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration with automated test suites.
- Working knowledge of Power BI DAX and data modeling is a plus.
