Job Title: Lead Java Developer

Location: Chennai / Pune (Hybrid)

Qualifications

Job Description:

8+ years of experience in Java development.
8+ years of experience with Spring Boot framework.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Team leading on a project.
Strong understanding of Java and J2EE technologies.
Proficiency in RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Experience with version control systems like Git.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
Certification in Java or Spring Framework.
