Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend services using Python, leveraging frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Architect, build, and maintain modern, responsive front-end components and user interfaces using React.js.
- Design and implement real-time features and functionalities utilizing WebSockets and other event-driven technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers, to deliver high-quality, integrated products.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical guidance, performing code reviews, and contributing to architectural decisions.
- Ensure the team adheres to best practices in coding, testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for product development.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have Skills) :
- Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, including extensive experience with backend frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript for front-end development.
- Proven experience working with WebSockets, real-time data handling, and event-driven architecture.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Experience designing, developing, and working with Microservices architecture.
- Experience with deployment strategies for web applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience leading development teams, mentoring junior developers, or making significant architectural : Hyderabad Period : Immediate Joiners Skills (Plus Points) :
- Experience with specific cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD practices and tools.
- Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Knowledge of testing methodologies (unit, integration, end-to-end).
- Familiarity with other backend languages or frameworks.
