Job Role:
As a Lead Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing scalable applications and microservices. You will lead a team in implementing robust solutions using Python and AWS services, while also overseeing infrastructure as code. Additionally, you will act as a Scrum Master, ensuring efficient Agile practices within the development team.

Responsibilities:
► Lead Python software development efforts.
► Design and manage microservices architecture.
► Implement and manage AWS services (Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS).
► Manage infrastructure using Terraform.
► Oversee version control and collaboration using Git.
► Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile processes.
► Collaborate with front-end developers using React.js.
► Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues.

Requirements:
► Strong experience in software development using Python.
► Proven expertise with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, RDS, and ECS.
► Hands-on experience with designing and managing microservices.
► Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
► Proficiency in version control with Git.
► Experience as a Scrum Master, including leading Agile ceremonies.
► Familiarity with React.js to collaborate effectively with front-end teams.
► Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on performance and scalability.
► Strong communication and collaboration skills.
► Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Python: Strong experience in software development with Python.
AWS Services: Proven experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, RDS, and ECS.
Micro services Architecture: Experience in designing and managing micro services.
Terraform: Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC).
Version Control: Proficiency in Git.
Scrum Master Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master, including facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching team members.
React.js: Familiarity with React.js to effectively collaborate with front-end developers.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, scalability, and reliability.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
