We are currently seeking a Lead Scrum Master Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Transition demands

Scrum Master ?Agile Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, especially Scrum. Facilitation: Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. Conflict Resolution: Skills to manage and resolve conflicts within the team. Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate the team without direct authority. Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to identify and solve issues that may impede the team's progress.? ?Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of the technical aspects of the project to better support the team.
