We are looking for a Lead Software and Test Engineer to create, maintain, support, and improve complex technology operations for our core finance accounting and vendor
management platforms, with special emphasis around continuous improvement (CI/CD) of processes by ing modern engineering principles around DevOps. You will be working with a team of talented technologists and SMEs who bring a lot of energy, focus and fresh ideas that support our mission to provide value by seeing the world “Through Clients' Eyes.”
- Developing finance models for large and complex enterprises.
- Leading a team of business analysts and developers, supporting multiple business stakeholders.
- Analyzing the work at hand and making decisions based on specific objectives.
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical requirements
- Creative problem solving in a collaborative environment.
What you have
Required Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of domain-specific toolsets for conducting analysis
- Ability to consolidate, organize, and convey complex problems
- Expertise in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integration methods (RESTful APIs, XML)
- Ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to overall design discussions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Expertise working with PeopleSoft, Ariba, SAP’s BTP, ZIP HQ and Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), including implementation, integration and configuration to meet business needs.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and optimizing workflows within PeopleSoft, Ariba, SAP’s BTP, ZIP HQ and OFSAA to support organizational objectives.
- Deep understanding of Schwab STS Standards
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience leading solution development for a finance organization strongly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Control-M
- Strong understanding of SDLC
- Understanding of DevOps/Operations
