Role Overview

Drive the design, development, and delivery of complex Angular and FastAPI-based systems for Hyderabad-based project. Mentor junior developers, steer technical discussions, and ensure project success while collaborating closely with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable frontend and backend solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, manage code reviews.
• Coordinate sprint activities, resolve blockers, and maintain quality.
• Engage with product owners to align development with business goals.

Required Skills (Must-Have)

• 2+ years experience in Angular and FastAPI development with managerial skills.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment environments.
• Prior leadership, mentoring, or team lead experience in delivering software projects and guiding junior developers.
• Solid understanding of REST API development, asynchronous programming, and scalable architecture.
• Experience working with databases (e.g., MongoDB or SQL) and integrating them into backend services.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination abilities across cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to foster team growth, delegate technical work appropriately, and resolve conflicts while ensuring timely delivery of project milestones; managerial experience is essential for success in this role.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with advanced CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Experience with sensor-fusion, large-scale data systems, or maritime/defence product domains.
• Exposure to performance tuning and monitoring modern distributed applications in production.

Qualification / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related field.

2+ years of hands-on software development with managerial exposure.

Location & Work Type

Full-time, In-office at Hyderabad project location.
