Role Description Weʼre hiring a hands-on Back-End Developer (Python) to join Law Vriksh full-time and remote. Youʼll build and maintain the server-side systems that power our legal platform — high-performance APIs, reliable background jobs, data integrations, and secure cloud deployments. What youʼll do

• Build and maintain scalable, well-tested backend services and APIs (REST).
• Lead the Tech Team and review code of all members
• Collaborate with product and backend teams to integrate AI features.
• Implement business logic, data models, and reliable async/background jobs.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to define API contracts and ship features end-to-end.
• Improve performance, observability, and deployment automation.
• Work independently in a remote setup and participate in code reviews.

You should have

• Proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django).
• Understanding of neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, and transformer models.
• Strong software development fundamentals and OOP.
• Familiarity with frontend basics and working with front-end teams.
• Comfortable with Git, API design, and remote collaboration.
• Experience with cloud/VPS platforms for scaling (AWS/GCP or similar).
• Ability to read and implement research papers or open-source models
• Bachelorʼs degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with containers/kubernetes, CI/CD, async Python, or infra-as-code.
• 3+ Experience as a backend developer
