WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead DevOps Engineer to architect, implement, and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure across Development, Staging, UAT, and Production environments. This role requires deep expertise in Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure Bicep and Terraform, and a passion for automation and continuous improvement.

You will lead a team of engineers and collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to ensure robust, secure, and efficient delivery pipelines and cloud operations.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Architect and manage infrastructure using Azure Bicep and Terraform.
• Drive automation across build, test, deployment, and monitoring processes.
• Define and enforce DevOps standards, governance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of production systems.
• Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers.
  
  

What We Value

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps
• Extensive practical experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Bicep, and Terraform.
• Proficient in version control systems like Git, Bitbucket, and SVN.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, and GitHub Actions.
• Solid understanding of Azure Cloud services and architecture.
• Experience with Azure B2C/B2B and managing production-grade Azure environments.
• Familiarity with security tools and practices in CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).
• Advanced problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104, AZ-305).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor.
