WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead DevOps Engineer to architect, implement, and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure across Development, Staging, UAT, and Production environments. This role requires deep expertise in Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure Bicep and Terraform, and a passion for automation and continuous improvement.
You will lead a team of engineers and collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to ensure robust, secure, and efficient delivery pipelines and cloud operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead DevOps Engineer to architect, implement, and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure across Development, Staging, UAT, and Production environments. What You Will Be Responsible For
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Architect and manage infrastructure using Azure Bicep and Terraform.
- Drive automation across build, test, deployment, and monitoring processes.
- Define and enforce DevOps standards, governance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of production systems.
- Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers.

- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps
- Extensive practical experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Bicep, and Terraform.
- Proficient in version control systems like Git, Bitbucket, and SVN.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, and GitHub Actions.
- Solid understanding of Azure Cloud services and architecture.
- Experience with Azure B2C/B2B and managing production-grade Azure environments.
- Familiarity with security tools and practices in CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).
- Advanced problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104, AZ-305).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor.
