We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Lead Software Engineer specializing in Kinaxis RapidResponse to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consulting services using Kinaxis RapidResponse, focusing on implementation, configuration, and optimization for clients
• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective supply chain solutions
• Lead project teams, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and client expectations
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Identify industry trends and emerging technologies to offer thought leadership in supply chain management
• Train and mentor junior team members to build and develop a high-performing team
• Collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement in processes and methodologies
• Refine solutions by leveraging Kinaxis updates and features, ensuring technical platform enhancement
• Develop strategic approaches to solve complex business challenges through applied data analysis

Requirements

• 8 to 13 years of professional experience in supply chain management and Kinaxis RapidResponse
• Expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse, with hands-on experience using versions from 2020 onwards
• Proven ability to provide thought leadership in supply chain planning and execution
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to address business challenges effectively
• Capability to lead and successfully manage large-scale projects with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to drive client engagement and alignment
• Competency in stakeholder management and in building long-term client relationships successfully
• Mandatory certification in Kinaxis Author Level 1 or above, or Kinaxis Solution Consultant Level 1 or above
• Organizational proficiency to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Background in supply chain optimization, analytics, or operations with diverse industry exposure
• Familiarity with complementary planning tools or technologies used in conjunction with Kinaxis
• Showcase of leadership experience in a consulting or client-facing environment
• Understanding of emerging trends in supply chain innovation and their practical application in tools
