The Community Association Banking Technology is a Specialized Business Line Focused on Supporting Property Management Companies, Homeowners Associations, Commercial Property Managers, and Apartment Complex Managers. Servicing 1350+ Property Management Companies, Over 40,000+ HOA’s , 250 HOA’s managed directly by FCB. The Community Association Banking Technology team is growing and seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join us.. The integrations (applications) built by the person playing this role helps drive transformation goal for the organization by significantly improving.

Key Deliverables (Duties and Responsibilities)

• 7-10 years of building Enterprise Applications experience.
• 5 years experience in MuleSoft development and integration projects.
• Application design and technical ownership (End-to-End) for new integrations or enhancements to existing integrations.
• Performing impact analysis of proposed changes on existing architecture, capabilities, system priorities, and technology solutions , proposing additional/alternative solutions/options or trade-offs
• Drive complex technical efforts (solutioning) across one or more engineering teams
• Strong application building experience in Mule API Manager and RAML over Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Cloud-Hub, API Gateway and Management, Mule Dataweaver; SOAP, XSD, WSDL
• Experience in Java and Spring framework and Spring boot technologies, JPA, Hibernate, Azure DevOps; SQL Scripting
• Design, develop MuleSoft API’s and provide instructions to Deploy into Cloud environment. Identify, analyze and develop interfaces and integration flows using Mule ESB Anypoint Studio – Mule Connectors, Database, MSMQ, HTTP, Web Service Consume and Email.
• Experience in creating the Mulesoft API architecture with the Experience, Process and System API layers.
• Able to work with various components of Anypoint platform Exchange Design Center and API management.  
• Preferred - experience with any of the cloud platform (Azure – preferred) serverless applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other information technology service ticketing systems,
• Build code and deploy/promote it into various pre-prod environments using CICD / Azure DevOps,.
• Lead trouble-shooting and triage issues in production/pre-production environments.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicting situations, to move process and people forward.
• In depth knowledge and experience with System Life Cycle
• Fix Quality issues and work closely with Quality and business partners to ensure timely collaboration and resolution.
• Fix vulnerability issues reported by automated tools or Quality team members.
• Ownership of Disaster Recovery (DR) exercise for the applications owned by the pod/project.
• Expert at design patterns – SOLID, Java-Design, Integration;
• Maintain Solution and Tech architecture for all systems in the domain and related assets.
• Create documentation to hand off the developed software to App Support teams.
• Provide deployment support to the Application-support team .
• Must have ability to manage the project and lead multiple teams.
• Provides 24/7 support during on-call rotations for critical Production issues

• System Enhancement - Performs a variety of actions that evaluate and improve department systems, processes, and applications. Utilizes Mulesoft Platform to construct API’s, develop testing methods, and design materials. Provides new feature time estimates for system changes and assists in implementing modifications. Executes test plans to validate application functions as designed.
• Analysis - Collects data related to user requests and determines scope, time estimates, and system impacts. Inspects business specifications, programming specifications, coding, test plans, documentation, and implementation plans for accuracy. Experience in troubleshooting Mule ESB, including working with debuggers, flow analysers, and configuration tools.
