The Global Learning & Development team is responsible for aligning FactSet’s learning & development needs to corporate and strategic goals and objectives by ensuring all employees have access to the education they need to push our biggest initiatives forward. Learning Business Partners are the departments connection back to each business line, they collaborate closely with HRBPs and business unit leadership to implement new educational solutions, address knowledge gaps, increase employee engagement in learning, and support onboarding of new employees.
In Technology Learning & Enablement our mission is to empower the engineering community to achieve their strategic objective by providing them with the essential resources and support they need. In this role you will be overseeing technical learning and development for the critical APAC region. You will be working with emerging technologies and continuing to nurture FactSet’s Learning Culture

Key Responsibilities:
Regional Leadership:
- Oversee the upskilling and development of engineers across the APAC region. Working with regional leadership within Engineering and Learning & Development to ensure that their local community is given the critical support they need to succeed.
- New Hire Program: Develop and coordinate onboarding processes that set engineers on the path to success from day one.
- Strategic Program Development: Create and own strategic upskilling programs to accelerate FactSet’s wider technical goals.
- Organize large community and culture building events such as Hackathon, Learn for a Cause, and Mentorship programs to foster innovation and collaboration.
- Work with emerging technologies, particularly Generative AI, to enhance company-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate on exciting projects such as chat.factset.io and our GenAI Skills Programming.
- Enable various company groups with the latest technological advancements.
- 3-5 years of experience in Software or Systems Engineering
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize various projects
- Problem Solver: A proactive individual eager to dive into challenges and propel the company forward.
- Insightful Listener: Keep an ear to the ground to understand the daily obstacles engineers face.
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to engage with your local community
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience in teaching, mentoring or training
- Web Development experience
