Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Software Engineer with 7–10 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will bring strong software engineering principles, cross-functional system knowledge, and hands-on experience in modern development environments and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain engineering systems applications by following best practices in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  
• Apply strong knowledge of system architecture, design patterns, and scalable algorithms to build and maintain robust software components.
  
• Ensure well-structured interfaces for reusable components that integrate effectively within a broader product ecosystem.
  
• Conduct research and development to drive innovation and improve functionality, performance, and efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  
• Continuously update knowledge by exploring state-of-the-art development tools, participating in professional communities, and leveraging emerging technologies.
  

Desired Technology Experience:

• Languages & Frameworks: C++, C#, Java (nice to have)
  
• Technologies & Tools: MFC, Visual Studio, XAML, JSON, gRPC
  
• Version Control: gitLab
  
• Databases: SQL Server, Oracle
  

Preferred Skills and Expertise:

• Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and object-oriented design principles.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and proactively collaborate within a team.
  
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  
• Proven experience in software design, implementation, and system-level integration.
  
• Strong analytical skills with experience in numerical data analysis and performance optimization.
