Boeing India Engineering is currently looking for Lead SoŌware Engineer Full-Stack to join their

team in Bangalore, India. These posiƟons will focus on supporƟng the SoŌware UƟliƟes

OrganizaƟon.

A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboraƟon as these posiƟons will

focus on working directly with the Architect to implement technical soluƟon helping to enable

the business unit to meet their organizaƟonal goals.

PosiƟon ResponsibiliƟes

Responsible for UI and Java/Spring backend development of Cloud based SoŌware

ApplicaƟon.

Decompose Tier 3 System requirements into Tier 4 SoŌware requirements for the

idenƟfied system features. Develop automated Test scenarios to test Tier 4 SoŌware

requirements.

Lead and Develop High level Design and soŌware Architecture. Develop Detailed Design

from High level design

Lead and Develop UI as per detailed design and perform unit tesƟng

Lead and Establish traceability from Tier 3 requirements to SW code and Test.

Perform peer review on System and SoŌware Requirements, Design, Code and Test.

Support SRR (Systems Requirements Review), PDR (Preliminary Design Reviews) and CDR

(CriƟcal Design Reviews).

Support project management by providing periodic status and required metrics data.

Be a good team player in the Agile team. Candidate should possess excellent

communicaƟons skills to parƟcipate in design and code reviews, have a thorough

understanding of version control and soŌware quality aƩributes, such as testability,

portability and maintainability, and enjoy a self-driven and collaboraƟve development

approach.

Be dynamic and support management and leads to ensure successful product deliveries.

IdenƟfy, communicate and miƟgate the Risk, issues and OpportuniƟes on a Ɵmely

manner.

Basic QualificaƟons (Required Skills/Experience)

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION

Proven experience with Angular, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and responsive frameworks such

as FoundaƟon or Bootstrap.

Strong experƟse in Java (core and advanced), service-oriented architecture (SOA), Spring

/ Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

Deep knowledge of RESTful web services and microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience with containerizaƟon and orchestraƟon technologies, including

Docker and Kubernetes.

Solid experience working with both relaƟonal (SQL) and non-relaƟonal (NoSQL)

databases.

PracƟcal exposure to cloud plaƞorms such as AWS, Azure, or Pivotal Cloud Foundry

(PCF).

ExperƟse in soŌware build processes, integraƟon, and debugging in simulated and

integrated environments.

Good understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best pracƟces.

Systems-thinking mindset — the ability to see the big picture, understand component

interacƟons, and anƟcipate downstream impacts.

Strong analyƟcal skills: able to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data, summarize

findings, and develop conclusions and acƟonable recommendaƟons.

Typical EducaƟon & Experience

EducaƟon/experience typically acquired through advanced educaƟon (e.g. Bachelor) and

typically 12+ years' related work experience or Master’s Degree with 11+ years of

experience with an equivalent combinaƟon of educaƟon and experience.
