Lead Software QA Engineer

Autonomize, Inc is seeking a highly motivated, driven Lead Software QA Engineer to join our team on a journey to help organizations scale across the globe.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead QA Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in building and leading a high-performing QA organization. In this leadership role, you will not only be a technical expert in automation testing but also a strong leader who can manage and mentor a team of SDETs. You will be responsible for overseeing both manual and automation testing processes to ensure the highest quality standards for our software products.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the overall QA strategy and roadmap
• Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers.
• Develop and maintain a robust test automation framework
• Collaborate with developers and product managers
• Drive the implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage manual testing efforts
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and methodologies
  
  

Must-have Technical Competencies

• 8+ years of experience as a QA Engineer (Manual + Automation Testing)
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a QA team
• In-depth knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Python, TestNG, PyTest)
• Experience with both web application and Machine Learning application testing
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience driving successful test execution
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  
  

Education and experience requirements may vary depending on the company and position, but a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Sales or a related field and several years of experience in scaling a B2B Product sales organization is required.
