Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities:
Model Development & Deployment:

• Design, implement, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production environments.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Data Processing & Feature Engineering:

• Preprocess and clean large datasets to prepare them for modeling.
• Perform feature engineering to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement data augmentation techniques to improve model generalization.

Model Evaluation & Optimization:

• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques.
• Tune hyperparameters and apply regularization methods to enhance model performance.
• Conduct error analysis and implement strategies to improve model accuracy.

Collaboration & Mentorship:

• Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define project requirements and deliver solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.

Continuous Learning & Innovation:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Experiment with new algorithms, tools, and techniques to improve existing models and processes.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Familiarity with data processing tools and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related role.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
