Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face
- Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama) and traditional ML models
- Strong background in model optimization and MLOps
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Ability to build scalable AI solutions for real-world applications
Responsibilities
- Develop and fine-tune LLMs for NLP tasks relevant to financial services
- Build and deploy ML models for classification, regression, and recommendation systems
- Implement MLOps practices for continuous integration and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the platform
- Monitor model performance and iterate based on feedback and data
