In This Role, Your Work Will Involve
Design and apply ML models to serve customers in semantic search, recommendation systems, topic modeling etc. Ability to lead and mentor small teams

Design and apply ML models to serve customers in semantic search, recommendation systems, topic modeling etc. Ability to lead and mentor small teams
Must-Have Skills
- Experience working with high volumes of data, ideally with machine learning playing a critical role
- Strong foundational knowledge of traditional machine learning models
- Strong foundational knowledge of Natural Language Processing
- Familiarity with deep learning
- ElasticSearch/Solr experience
- Ability to build models based on TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn
- Deep understanding of information retrieval
- Knowledge of backend technologies - Postgres, Elasticsearch/Solr
- Familiarity with vector search and vector search engines like Jina/Vespa/Milvus
- Familiarity with Cloud AWS/GCP/Azure
- Familiar with docker/serverless architectures
- M.Tech/B.Tech from top tier colleges - IITs/IISc/NITs/BITS or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of experience
