- Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze sales performance metrics and trends across products, regions, and teams.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Conduct root-cause analysis on sales performance gaps and recommend improvements.
- Sales Process Optimization:
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in the sales funnel and customer journey.
- Support CRM optimization (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and sales process automation.
- Collaborate with sales teams to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.
- Forecasting & Planning:
- Assist in sales forecasting and target setting using historical data and predictive models.
- Monitor pipeline health and provide actionable insights to drive conversions.
- Performance Management:
- Track and analyze KPIs, sales incentive programs, and productivity metrics.
- Support performance reviews with data insights for strategic planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to ensure data consistency and alignment.
- Act as a business partner to regional and global stakeholders to drive excellence initiatives.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8–10 years of experience in business or data analysis, preferably in a sales or commercial environment.
- Strong proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python/R is a plus).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
