Your work profile

As an Manager in our RFR team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll:

• Experience in working closely with business managers, technical and data stakeholders to understand current business process flows, identify and analyse business needs, gather requirements and define scope and objectives to make business decisions.

• In this role, you will act as the vital link between our business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex corporate lending requirements into actionable technical solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end requirement lifecycle, from initial discovery and process mapping to final documentation and implementation support.

Key skills required:

In order to be considered for the role, your competencies will cover the broad scope of business modelling services, leveraging your professional background and skills such as:

• Minimum Experience required 7-10 Years.
• Good business and domain understanding
• Must have managed requirement gathering and strong documentation skills – BRD / FRD etc.
• Process Mapping and Gap Analysis
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Stakeholder Management
• Technical Skills (LOAN IQ, Agile, Confluence & JIRA)
• Should have prior experience in wholesale lending.
• Product Owner, Business Analyst, Credit Risk OR Credit Assessment OR Credit Scoring OR Regulatory Reporting) AND (Banking OR "Retail Lending" OR "Corporate Lending" OR SME) AND (Basel OR "IFRS 9" OR ECL OR Stress Testing
