We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• Engage with senior business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for billing, revenue management and related processes. Provide support across the end-to-end delivery and use expertise to carry out software development, testing and operational support activities.
• Prepare and host presentations and demos for senior business stakeholders across multiple teams- Product, Sales, Finance, legal etc.
• Design & propose solutions within the Billing platforms to address business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Configure Billing modules to meet business requirements, incl. setting up products, pricing, billing rules, and revenue recognition processes
• Develop custom solutions within Billing platforms, incl, the creation of custom business rules, workflows and interfaces
• Work on Billing platform technical components, including data model extensions, custom batch processes and integration with other systems
• Develop, verify & execute test cases for Billing platform configurations and customisations, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoort any issues that arise during these phases
• • Create and maintain detailed technical & functional documentation for Billing platform configurations & customisations. Support training sessions for end users and technical teams, ensuring they are proficient in using & managing Billing system

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 15 + years of delivery experience and deep functional & technical knowledge to support the billing delivery activities.
• Strong subject matter understanding of billing & revenue management
• Experience in leading the team of Business Analysts working across multiple projects
• Experience with billing, pricing and revenue recognition
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical & non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with agile methodologies and working in a collaborative environment
• Past experience of managing data migration activities, ensuring accurate data mapping & transformation from legacy systems
