Anervea.AI is Looking for:

Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts to design and deliver AI/ML solutions that drive measurable business outcomes across pharma and healthcare domains. (Note: Domain experience is mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage & mentor and guide a small team across multiple concurrent projects and
• troubleshoot the most complex data science issues
• Drive AI/ML strategy and architecture design for enterprise-level initiatives.
• Oversee implementation of LLM, GenAI, and RAG-based automation solutions.
• Ensure compliance, scalability, and reproducibility of data science workflows.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into data-driven solutions.
  
  
  

• End-to-end pharma value chain analytics
• Clinical development and regulatory operations
• Commercial and medical insights generation
  
  
  

• Leadership and people management
• Strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement
• Project governance and delivery oversight
  
  
  

• Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch
• LangChain, RAG, Optimization frameworks
• MLOps tools, Cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, Pharma, or related field Anervea.AI
• Master’s or PhD preferred
• 6–10+ years of AI/ML experience with 2+ in leadership
  
  
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Curiosity and willingness to explore emerging AI/ML trends
