Manager IT -Network Administrator

• Job Description
• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Network Administrator with strong project management capabilities and a well-rounded IT support background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the plant’s network infrastructure, leading IT-related projects, and providing comprehensive support for user systems, CCTV surveillance, and biometric attendance/access systems.

Responsibilities

• · Administer and maintain the entire plant’s network infrastructure, including routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• · Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, quality, and coordination with stakeholders.
• · Provide hands-on support for end-user systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity issues.
• · Monitor and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• · Support and troubleshoot biometric attendance and access control systems across the site.
• · Ensure compliance with IT policies, maintain network security protocols, and manage VPN configurations and firewall rules.
• · Maintain comprehensive documentation including network diagrams, inventory of IT assets, and project records.
• · Liaise with external vendors for hardware, software, and maintenance services.
• · Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure IT infrastructure remains operational and secure.

Qualifications

• · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• · 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in network administration and IT project execution.
• · Proficiency in routing and switching technologies (VLANs, OSPF, STP, etc.), and experience with SonicWall or Fortinet firewalls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
