Good to have skills: Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes.

• Job Summary:
  ' -5-6 years of experience in manual software testing.
• • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes.
• • Experience 'Recruitment Open Demands'!K18with different types of testing:
  • Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Experience with test management tools (such as Jira, TestLink, Xray) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with developers, POs, and BA’s
• 
  Roles & Responsibilities:
  
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional Agile team and participate in sprint meetings
• • Good documentation and reporting skills
  • Basic Knowledge of Automation (Good to Have, Not Mandatory)
• API Testing (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
• • Strong capability to work independently as well as part of a team, providing mentorship and guidance to junior testers.
