Manufacturing Data Analyst - Internship

About the internship:

Uboard India Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Data Analysis Intern to support production planning and manufacturing operations. The intern will work closely with the production team to analyze manufacturing data, monitor operational performance, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.

This internship is ideal for engineering students who are interested in manufacturing excellence, industrial engineering, and process optimization.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Analyze production data to identify trends affecting productivity, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
2. Monitor machine performance, downtime, and production output to identify improvement opportunities.
3. Track material utilization, rejection rates, and process losses to support waste reduction initiatives.
4. Assist in analyzing cycle time, production capacity, and workflow efficiency to improve operational performance.
5. Prepare production dashboards, MIS reports, and KPI trackers for management review.
6. Support production planning by monitoring work orders, inventory availability, and manufacturing schedules.
7. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Planning teams to recommend data-driven process improvements.

Stipend:

INR₹ 8,000 - 15,000 /month

Skills required:

Other Requirements:

1. 1. Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
2. 2. Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs (OEE, Downtime, Rejection Rate, Productivity).
3. 3. Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is a plus.
4. 4. Immediate joiners preferred.
