About the role:
We are looking for a Marketing Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, data systems, and MS Excel to support our marketing team with data-driven insights, dashboards, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust SQL queries, visualization dashboards, automating Excel trackers, and translating data into actionable strategies that drive marketing performance. The candidate will be a part of the UAE team (based out of Gurgaon HQ). As a marketing analyst for this team, you will play a key role in building scalable insights, tracking performance, and powering smarter decisions with data. This role is ideal for someone who wants to be embedded in a high-impact international team while working closely with the central analytics team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and business teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Write complex and optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze marketing and campaign data from large-scale databases.
- Build and maintain visualization dashboards using SQL
- Automate data in MS Excel trackers.
- Partner with data engineering and central analytics teams to ensure marketing data pipelines and reporting are reliable, scalable, and accurate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data r
- ole.Advanced proficiency in SQL – You should be able to write accurate queries and build dashboards using SQL.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel - You should be comfortable with Excel and be able to write formulae and automate trackers using scripts.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - You will be given business problems which need to be translated into data and insights.
- Ability to get work done and good stakeholder management skills - Your immediate team will be based out of UAE and you will be working remotely from Gurgaon. You should have the ability to get things done by different stakeholders in the central office.
