DescriptionRole : Maximo Business Analyst (BA)
Role Overview
Gather business requirements, design Maximo functional solutions, support process optimization, and ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather & document functional requirements
- Translate business needs into Maximo configurations & workflows
- Support SIT / UAT validation
- Coordinate with business users, developers & release teams
- Create documentation, training materials & user guides
- Provide functional troubleshooting support
- Strong knowledge of Maximo modules (Asset, Work, Inventory, Procurement, etc.)
- Requirement gathering & process mapping
- Maximo configuration & basic automation scripts
- Analytical & documentation skills
- 4 to 8 years Maximo functional experience
- Asset-intensive industry exposure
- Bachelors degree (IT / Engineering / Business)
- Maximo Functional Consultant certification
- Familiarity with ITIL
