About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced MERN Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Node.js and React.js, with hands-on experience using MSSQL, Redux Toolkit, and Material UI. You will play a critical role in designing and developing scalable web applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.

Design and implement backend services and APIs with Node.js and MSSQL.

Build modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js, Redux Toolkit, and Material UI.

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability by following best practices and conducting code reviews.

Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer with MERN technologies.

Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and MSSQL for backend development.

Expert-level skills in React.js, including experience with Redux Toolkit and Material UI.

Proficient in writing optimized SQL queries and handling data-intensive applications.

Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.

Strong knowledge of modern front-end development practices, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

Excellent team collaboration skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Good communication and documentation abilities.
